Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Stack Developer Trainee to join our development team. As a trainee, you will gain exposure to both frontend and backend development, working on real-world projects under the guidance of senior developers. This role will help you build strong foundations in coding, problem-solving, and application development while preparing you for a professional career in full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for both frontend (React/HTML/CSS/JS) and backend (Node.js/Python/PHP).

Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to manage and optimize data.

Collaborate with the design and backend teams to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.

Debug, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues across the stack.

Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for improving system performance and product quality.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.

Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining code quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React.js preferred).

Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.

Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.

Basic experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.

Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
