Job Description
We are looking for a motivated On-Field Sales Trainee to support our direct sales and client acquisition activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions and want to build a career in business development.
Evaluation & Training Period
All selected trainees will undergo an evaluation period of up to 45 days, consisting of:

15 days of Classroom Training (CRT): Learning sales basics, negotiation, product knowledge, and reporting.

30 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT): Field visits, client interactions, lead conversion, and hands-on sales practice.
👉 This will be a target-based training period. After successful completion, candidates will be onboarded in their respective roles.
👉 Trainees can also benefit from a double incentive scheme during training, offering higher rewards for outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities

Visit potential clients and pitch products/services.

Develop relationships with prospects to build trust and drive conversions.

Assist in conducting product demos and sales presentations.

Maintain and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Support senior team members in closing deals.

Achieve assigned field sales targets during training.
