Job Description 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Expert to join our growing travel division. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel, sales, and client service who want to build a rewarding career in the tourism industry.

Evaluation & Training Period
All selected trainees will undergo an evaluation period of up to 45 days, consisting of:

• 15 days of Classroom Training (CRT): Learning travel industry basics, sales strategies, package creation, CRM usage, and communication skills.

• 30 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT): Handling real client inquiries, booking packages, coordinating with travel agents, and managing ongoing trips.

👉 This will be a target-based training period focused on increasing sales, expanding our agent network, and ensuring smooth trip operations.
👉 During this period, trainees will also have the chance to earn extra through a double incentive scheme, rewarding those who exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and selling customized travel packages to clients.

• Work on onboarding new travel agents to strengthen the company’s profile.

• Manage ongoing trips, ensuring smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.

• Generate leads through various online/offline channels.

• Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and build trust with customers.

• Achieve set sales targets during training under mentor guidance.
