Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Backend Developer Trainee to join our development team. As a trainee, you will learn to design, build, and optimize backend systems while working closely with senior developers. This role will help you strengthen your programming logic, problem-solving ability, and understanding of backend technologies, preparing you for real-world projects and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and implement backend logics to support web and mobile applications.

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying server-side applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js or other backend technologies.

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.

• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

• Debug and resolve technical issues under guidance from mentors.

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining code quality.

• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.).

• Understanding of REST APIs, server-client architecture, and database concepts.

• Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is a plus.

• Basic understanding of version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
