Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Stack Developer Trainee to join our development team. As a trainee, you will gain exposure to both frontend and backend development, working on real-world projects under the guidance of senior developers. This role will help you build strong foundations in coding, problem-solving, and application development while preparing you for a professional career in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for both frontend (React/HTML/CSS/JS) and backend (Node.js/Python/PHP).

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to manage and optimize data.

• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues across the stack.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for improving system performance and product quality.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React.js preferred).

• Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.

• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.

• Basic experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and workflows.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
